Moveable/Buyable City Living Apartment Objects mod lets you move or delete them. I recommend only putting this in your game while you want to change them and then take it out again when you finish. If you leave it in and move out or try to buy an unfurnished apartment then all those trait items would be removed.

WebbI have had similar problems with sims slipping though walls. May I suggest. 1, remove the bath. 2. remove roof and the side walls completely and replace the roof. This sort of wall is build when a roof is put in place. 3, relocate the bath to minimize the risk of your sim doing a slip though again.
