WebI can scan using the HP Officejet J3680, but the resulting images are too large to email. I have tried scanning the documents into TIFF files, PDF files, JPEG files and they all do the same. I recently bought a Gateway computer with Windows 7 already installed. My last computer has XP and worked great with the same hardware.
