My pivot table is not updating

However, when I select a different slicer or refresh the data, the cell formats change dramatically and seemingly randomly. I cannot get the table to save the cell format consistently. Extreme... When I adjust selections in any/all slicers, I can confirm that the Pivots do update automatically,however that table that pulls the data from the pivots does not update automatically. In turn the charts and graphs in the Dashboard do not update.
