This is because such plastic materials have high abrasion resistance and are thus also resistant to the buffing process. WebIf you print on a smooth or satin sheet, apply a separation layer on it (glue stick or Kapton tape should work). The powder-coated TXT sheet does not need any separation layer - the print will stick just fine and can be easily removed without damaging the surface. Print slowly. The slower, the better.

Webby smoothing/post processing a TPU print? I got a tpu part and I simply wonder. Is there any way to smooth and post process a tpu part? I know with pla you can prime and sand and all that for example. But is there any known way for tpu? Does sanding work the same way? You won't get it smooth, but definitely better. if you print thick walls (5 walls) you can use heat (hot air or torch) as TPU become very liquid .. use cold water to stop before the part softens and loose its form. most common impacted teeth
