Witrynafactors were present, the respondents experienced feelings of satisfaction; on the other hand, when negative aspects were present, they experienced dissatisfaction. Owing to the dual nature, these factors are called bidirectional factors. These findings show that Herzberg's motivators emerged as satisfiers and hygiene factors as dissatisfiers.
