WebUnfortunatly, no. Console is a fraction of PC players. Most PC players do not use steam, as you are forced to buy another copy to play it. Makes it worse, is that there is no cross play. Xbox is with xbox, ps with ps, pc with pc. Huh? I bought through Steam, registered code at ESO website and played a year from the client I downoaded there.
